Policy

1. For every monthly assignment, clients can choose a package of 12 or 24 sessions.

2. Fees shall be payable at the beginning of the month.

3. If the client is unable to attend a session then the same can be adjusted to a mutually convenient date and time to a maximum of 2 occurrences. The rest are non-refundable.

4. Under certain special circumstances like travel or injury, where the client ends up missing 4 or more consecutive classes in a month, they would have to adhere to a minimum class attendance commitment of 10 classes and can claim a refund of 2 classes in the following month.

5. Once a particular slot is booked, the same will remain in operation for the remainder of the month. 

6. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
